FRENCH QUARTER FLAGSHIP
Our first flagship opened August 30, 2015 at 809 Royal Street, in New Orleans' French Quarter. Housed in a building dating to the late 19th century, the historic Jackson Square and St. Louis Cathedral are both located just around the corner. The store includes a small plant gallery, espresso bar, and adjoining courtyard seating. At the heart of the space is the Sun Room, which showcases our signature eyewear. Frames can be individually fitted for optimum comfort and style in the custom fitting area. The space mixes the old and the new, the iconic and the modern. It re-envisions the traditional New Orleans retail experience while celebrating the individual style of the city and its visitors.THE TINY HOUSE
The tiny house is an exploration of retail minimalism, combined with the mobile ability to spread the KREWE spirit and story. At 154.8 square feet, this small home was built to meet the French Quarter’s historic code and structurally mimic the iconic shotgun home – a symbol of New Orleans’ architecture, diverse people and Afro-Caribbean lineage. The KREWE Tiny House will set out on a cross-country road trip to various festivals, events, and retail partners to share the story of doing something unexpected from a place few would expect.
